The Clara Step Barrel Lite is an exercise arch indispensable in a Pilates studio, in a more practical, more comfortable, and more cost-effective version. The device fully recreates the original design of the heavy, wooden, and upholstered Clara Step Barrel, including its most significant features, i.e., the arch angle and a rounded step. However, it has been additionally equipped with handles for stable mounting of the Clara Step Barrel Lite on a reformer, easier way of performing exercises and transport.

The Clara Step Barrel Lite is the preferred choice in The Fletcher Pilates® Program as its dimensions and a high arch provide the right support for the lumbar spine, precise pelvic placement and safe spinal stretching.

The Clara Step Barrel Lite is made of the same comfortable and durable high-density foam as the Pilates Arc. Its surface is smooth and slightly more slippery than traditional padded arch upholstery. With a weight of approx. 2 kg, the Clara Step Barrel Lite is exceptionally easy to carry, stack and store.
