The unique and innovative Oov is a device made of top-quality foam, adjusted to the anatomical shape of the back and the natural curvature of the spine. Thanks to its instability, it forces the correct position of the back and balances the body, mobilising deep muscles and stabilising the body for continuous work. Exercising with the Oov strengthens deep muscles, gently stretches vertebrae, and stimulates hydration and lubrication of the intervertebral discs.
The unusual shape of the Oov is a result of many years of research conducted by Australian neuroscientist and osteopath Daniel Vladet. His design was inspired by the roller used under the lumbar spine – frequently recommended by specialists as a way to relieve pressure and relax the spine, which brings relief to back pain. The Oov develops, improves, and increases the effectiveness of this method, not only by relaxing and alleviating pain, but also strengthening deep muscles and correcting posture.
